Today .... we did very little, other than relax!
This morning we woke up early to visit the market but as it was Sunday, it seemed to have finished early and most people had packed away. We continued on and checked the times of the bus to Luang Prabang.
We drank coffee .... and then more coffee! When the sun poked through the morning mist, we did some washing. Yawn. Then relaxed ...
We took lunch with our neighbours in the next room. Garlic soup. No vampires will dare come anywhere near us tonight. Then we relaxed ...
When it was a little cooler we walked about an hour to a small, pretty village by the river. Water buffalo gathered in the fields. We lazily strolled back before it got dark.
We decided to spend our last night eating at our favourite restaurant across the street accompanied by wonderful neighbours!
